Elliptic Laboratories AS ( (DE:EIP) ) has issued an update.
Elliptic Labs reported a strong start to 2026, with deployments of its AI-based virtual sensor technology in 9 new laptop models and 12 new smartphone models during March, bringing year-to-date launches to 17 laptops and 22 smartphones. This outpaces the comparable period in 2025 and underscores broader adoption across flagship, premium, and high-volume devices in global and regional portfolios.
The new launches span major chip platforms from Qualcomm, MediaTek, and Intel, demonstrating the company’s ability to run a single software platform across diverse chipsets and OEM ecosystems. Lenovo is leading laptop expansion with Yoga and IdeaPad lines adopting Elliptic’s AI Virtual Human Presence and Virtual Tap sensors, while smartphone makers including vivo, Honor, Transsion brands Infinix and TECNO, and Condor are deploying the INNER BEAUTY AI Virtual Proximity Sensor to replace traditional hardware components, reinforcing Elliptic Labs’ position in software-defined sensing.
