Elkem ASA Option Holders Exercise Shares

Elkem ASA (ELKEF) has released an update.

Option holders at Elkem ASA have exercised 179,190 options at NOK 19.10 each, with SVP Strategy and Business Development Morten Magnus Voll exercising 25,000 options. The company will settle the options using its own shares and post-transfer will hold 5,271,900 own shares. Elkem, a leading provider of silicon-based materials, had an operating income of NOK 35.5 billion in 2023.
