Elkem ASA Announces Intra-Group Merger

Elkem ASA (ELKEF) has released an update.

Elkem ASA has announced a merger with its wholly owned subsidiary Elkem Testvirksomhet AS, with the latter being dissolved post-merger. The move is a simplification of the corporate structure under Norwegian law and requires no consideration for the transfer of assets and obligations. Shareholders have been informed and relevant documentation is available on Elkem’s website.
