The company’s board has accepted his resignation and plans to search for a new CFO. In the interim, CEO Yidan Chen will assume the CFO responsibilities. A Resignation Agreement was made with Mr. Cook, including confidentiality and non-disparagement obligations, and he will receive a base compensation and a separation payment.
