Elite Commercial REIT has successfully divested Sidlaw House in Dundee at a significant 41.7% premium above its valuation, fetching a sale price of £1,275,000. The proceeds will go towards repaying the REIT’s outstanding borrowings, and the sale is expected to leave the net asset value and distribution per unit for the fiscal year unaffected.
