Elite Commercial REIT has announced a board reshuffle with the resignation of Mr. Tan Huay Lim and the appointment of Mr. Tan Chin Hwee as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from August 7, 2024. Additionally, Mr. Yezdi Phiroze Chinoy will serve as the new Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee from the same date. The management expressed gratitude to Mr. Tan Huay Lim for his contributions and welcomed the new members, underscoring their extensive experience in their respective fields.
