Elementos Limited raises $3 million through a private placement and a rights issue to fund its tin projects. Major shareholder and Chairman Andy Greig demonstrates strong confidence in the company by fully participating, including a $1.5 million commitment and settling a previous $1 million debt. The capital will be used to advance the Oropesa Tin Project in Spain, cover costs for the Iberian Smelter Option Agreement, and support general working capital needs.
