Elementos Limited has announced a new securities issuance, consisting of over 32 million ordinary fully paid shares and more than 16 million options with various expiry dates and prices. The shares and options are set to be issued through both a standard pro rata issue and a separate placement or other types of issue. The key dates for the pro rata issue range from an ex-date of August 8, 2024, to an issue date of September 18, 2024.
