Elementis PLC has announced a block listing application for 500,000 ordinary shares to enhance its existing share capital under the 2018 Savings Related Share Option Scheme. These shares will be equally ranked with current shares and are set to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 15 August 2024, though they will be allotted over time as permitted by the scheme.
