Elementis plc has announced a block listing application for 2,000,000 ordinary shares to be added to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and traded on the London Stock Exchange. These shares, issued under the Long Term Incentive Plan 2018, will be fully paid and will rank equally with existing shares, with admission expected on 20 March 2025.
