Elemental Royalties ( (TSE:ELE) ) has provided an update.
Elemental Royalty Corporation has amended and significantly upsized its revolving credit facility to US$150 million, adding a US$50 million accordion feature that could bring total capacity to US$200 million, with National Bank of Canada, CIBC and Scotiabank as lenders. The facility, maturing in 2029 with interest tied to SOFR and leverage ratios, replaces a previously undrawn US$50 million line and is expected to enhance the company’s liquidity, financial flexibility and ability to pursue larger, accretive royalty and streaming transactions.
Management framed the expanded facility as a validation from its banking partners of Elemental’s progress following its 2025 merger and Nasdaq listing, and as a tool to support disciplined capital management and long-term stakeholder value. By securing this credit on what it describes as attractive terms, Elemental strengthens its capacity to compete for new deals in the royalty and streaming sector, potentially reinforcing its position as a growing mid-tier player in the gold-focused financing space.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:ELE) stock is a Buy with a C$36.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Elemental Royalties stock, see the TSE:ELE Stock Forecast page.
