The report shows that corporate fleets are shifting from high-level electrification ambitions to execution, with 66% using or planning to deploy EVs within three years and 99% implementing or planning charging policies as they confront infrastructure constraints such as limited charging points.
Total cost of ownership has emerged as the top fleet challenge for 31% of companies, prompting greater demand for predictive maintenance, real-time visibility and centralized platforms that unify cost, sustainability and mobility data. At the same time, 94% of firms are adopting or planning employee mobility solutions beyond traditional company cars, reflecting a broader transformation toward data-driven, operationally focused and sustainable fleet and mobility strategies that reshape how employers manage vehicles and employee transportation benefits.
