Element Fleet Management ( (TSE:EFN) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Element Fleet Management and its global partners Arval and SMAS have released the 2026 Global Fleet and Mobility Barometer, based on responses from more than 10,000 fleet decision makers in 33 countries. The report shows that corporate fleets are shifting from high-level electrification ambitions to execution, with 66% using or planning to deploy EVs within three years and 99% implementing or planning charging policies as they confront infrastructure constraints such as limited charging points.

Total cost of ownership has emerged as the top fleet challenge for 31% of companies, prompting greater demand for predictive maintenance, real-time visibility and centralized platforms that unify cost, sustainability and mobility data. At the same time, 94% of firms are adopting or planning employee mobility solutions beyond traditional company cars, reflecting a broader transformation toward data-driven, operationally focused and sustainable fleet and mobility strategies that reshape how employers manage vehicles and employee transportation benefits.
