Element 29 Resources Inc. is set to raise up to $3 million through a non-brokered private placement of units, which includes common shares and warrants, to fund various project developments and general corporate activities. The proceeds will specifically support drilling programs, metallurgical tests, and environmental studies across the company’s Peruvian mining projects.
