The latest announcement is out from Element 25 Limited ( (AU:E25) ).

Element 25 has completed an $18 million share placement at A$0.30 per share to help fund the expansion of its Butcherbird Manganese Project in Western Australia and bolster working capital. The raise, executed at a discount to recent trading prices and managed by Petra Capital, follows a previously secured A$50 million senior debt facility from the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility and leaves the Butcherbird Expansion Project fully permitted under Western Australian regulations.

The expansion is designed to lift Butcherbird’s output to 1.1 million tonnes per annum of manganese oxide concentrate, underpinning feedstock supply for Element 25’s planned high-purity manganese sulphate facility in Louisiana as well as sales to steel industry customers. Management positions the project as central to meeting surging demand from emerging lithium manganese rich battery chemistries in the EV sector, potentially strengthening the company’s role in the global manganese supply chain and reinforcing strategic ties with automotive partners and U.S. stakeholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:E25) stock is a Buy with a A$1.63 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Element 25 Limited stock, see the AU:E25 Stock Forecast page.
