Element 25 Limited has extended its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) until 26 June 2024 to raise funds for its Butcherbird mine expansion in Western Australia and a high purity manganese project in Louisiana, USA. Shareholders have more time to participate due to postal delays, with the offer allowing them to buy new shares at a 14% discount to the recent average trading price.
