Element 25 Limited (AU:E25) has released an update.

Justin Brown, director of Element 25 Limited, has participated in the company’s Share Purchase Plan, resulting in an indirect acquisition of 111,112 ordinary fully paid shares at a consideration of $30,000; this change was reported in a recent Director’s Interest Notice. Brown’s direct and indirect holdings now include over 8 million shares and various unlisted options, with no disposals recorded.
