Electrum Discovery Launches $1.5M Private Placement

Electrum Discovery (TSE:ELY) has released an update.

Electrum Discovery Corp. announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $1.5 million through the sale of over 21 million units at $0.07 each. The funds will primarily support the exploration of its Timok East copper-gold project and general working capital needs. The offering includes one common share and one purchase warrant per unit, with the warrant allowing the acquisition of an additional share at $0.15 within 36 months.
