Electrum Discovery AGM Endorses Directors and Plans

Electrum Discovery (TSE:ELY) has released an update.

Electrum Discovery Corp. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, with shareholders overwhelmingly supporting all resolutions, including the election of director nominees and the approval of a new omnibus incentive plan. The company, which is engaged in mineral exploration in Serbia’s Western Tethyan Belt, also highlighted its two main projects in the region, hinting at promising exploration prospects.
