Electric Royalties Ltd. has announced that Gleason & Sons LLC will convert over C$217,000 of accrued interest into common shares, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. The transaction will issue shares at C$0.17 each in September 2024, as part of a ‘Shares for Debt’ agreement.
