Elecnor has announced the early redemption of their ‘ELECNOR 2021 SUSTAINABLE SENIOR UNSECURED BOND ISSUE’ valued at €30 million, following the sale of its subsidiary Enerfín. The bondholder assembly has exercised their right for early redemption due to the change of control in Enerfín, in line with the terms established in 2021. The redemption is set to take place on November 19, 2024.
