Elders Limited has announced the appointment of Glenn Davis as a director, effective from September 2, 2024. The notice under listing rule 3.19A.1 revealed that Mr. Davis currently does not hold any securities in the company as a registered holder, and has no relevant interests in any securities as an unregistered holder or interests in contracts related to the company.
