An update from Elanor Investors Group ( (AU:ENN) ) is now available.
Elanor Investors Group has secured securityholder approval for a $125 million recapitalisation with Rockworth Capital Partners and the acquisition of Firmus Capital, key steps in its plan to stabilise the balance sheet and reset the business. The recapitalisation will refinance senior debt and corporate notes, provide working capital, and underpin an expanded strategic alliance with Rockworth that aims to grow the Australian platform and support expansion into Asia.
The group is advancing an asset realisation program, including the $13 million sale of its co-investment in the Elanor Wildlife Park Fund, and has repaid about $21 million on its senior secured facility with Keyview as part of broader deleveraging. Elanor is also overhauling leadership and governance, progressing the search for a new CEO, restructuring responsible entity arrangements to increase board independence, and initiating a rebrand to align with its strategy of growing funds under management and attracting more institutional and Asian-based capital.
Elanor plans to release a series of financial reports over the coming months, including HY25, FY25 and HY26 results, which are prerequisites for seeking ASX approval to resume trading in its securities after completion of the Rockworth recapitalisation and Firmus transaction. The group is working with corporate noteholders to secure covenant waivers needed to finalise the refinancing, signalling a critical period for stakeholders as Elanor executes its stabilisation and growth agenda.
