Elanor Investors Group announced the unwinding of its strategic partnership with Challenger Limited, involving a clawback of securities previously issued to Fidante Partners, a subsidiary of Challenger. This move, approved by Elanor’s securityholders, will see the company buy back and cancel a significant portion of its securities held by Fidante, reducing Fidante’s stake in Elanor and decreasing the total number of Elanor’s issued securities. The clawback reflects a mutual agreement to unwind their partnership and will not place any securityholder in a control position.
