Elanor Investors Group ( (AU:ENN) ) has issued an update.
Elanor Investors Group has appointed Ernst & Young as its new external auditor for the financial year ending 30 June 2026, following a competitive tender overseen by the Audit and Risk Committee. Ernst & Young will replace PricewaterhouseCoopers, which has served as the Group’s auditor since 2020, and will extend its existing role auditing several of Elanor’s managed funds.
The change, which has received regulatory consent for PwC’s resignation and will be put to securityholders for ratification at the next annual general meeting, signals a consolidation of audit responsibilities under a single major firm already familiar with Elanor’s fund structures. This move may streamline assurance processes across the Group’s platform and reflects ongoing governance oversight as Elanor continues to manage and grow its real estate investment portfolios.
