Elanor Investors Group (AU:ENN) has released an update.

Elanor Investors Group has announced the retirement of Mr Nigel Ampherlaw from his role as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, effective 23 September 2024. Ms Kathy Ostin, who joined the board in January 2024, will be taking over his role as Chair of the Committee. The company expresses its appreciation for Mr Ampherlaw’s decade-long service and significant contributions.
