Elanor Investors Group has disclosed a change in the interests of director Glenn Norman Willis, who has recently acquired an additional 100,000 Stapled Securities across various prices ranging from $0.97 to $1.00 each. Prior to this change, Willis held a significant number of securities including over 5.8 million Stapled Securities and 7 million in various unquoted securities. The update, as mandated by the Corporations Act, reflects the director’s increasing stake in the company.
