Elan Corporation has revised the acquisition price to make TMC Vietnam Trading and Service Joint Stock Company its subsidiary, reducing the cost from 220,320 million to 180,000 million Vietnamese dong. This adjustment follows a third-party recalculation and negotiations. The acquisition, which grants Elan a 51% voting right stake in TMC, also includes a conditional consideration based on TMC’s future performance.
