Eiffage Subsidiary Smulders Secures Lucrative Wind Contracts

Eiffage (FR:FGR) has released an update.

Eiffage’s subsidiary Smulders bolstered its leadership in the offshore wind sector with two new contracts, pushing its 2024 order intake past 1 billion euros. The deals involve the construction of platform and jacket foundations for two Polish wind farms, Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3, which are set to power over 2 million homes with a combined capacity of 1.44 GW. Additionally, Smulders will produce 100 transition pieces in consortium, highlighting its expertise in turnkey metal structures for renewable energy projects.
