Eiffage (FR:FGR) has released an update.
Eiffage, a major European construction and concessions company, has begun the environmentally focused renovation of the Paris – SCOPE building in Paris’s 12th district, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2026. The project, led by Eiffage Construction and Goyer, aims to transform the former Natixis headquarters into a modern service pavilion with premium amenities, targeting six environmental certifications. The renovation will include a structural overhaul, façade replacement, and the use of recycled materials.
