Exchange Income (TSE:EIF) has released an update.
Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) has expanded its Environmental Access Solutions business with the strategic acquisition of Quebec-based sawmill operator Armand Duhamel & Fils Inc. for up to $22 million. The acquisition, paid through EIC shares and cash from its credit facility, is set to strengthen EIC’s presence in Quebec’s robust market, particularly in support of infrastructure projects and energy transition. Duhamel’s integration into EIC’s operations is expected to be immediately accretive to shareholder value and bolster local community ties.
