EGL Holdings Company Limited has announced a change in its shareholding structure, with Mrs. Yau becoming the sole shareholder of Yohki Ryokoh Limited due to a family arrangement, while Evergloss Management Group continues to hold 60.03% of EGL’s shares. This development does not trigger a general offer obligation as per the Takeovers Code. The overall control of the company remains unchanged.
