EGL Holdings Company Limited announced successful adoption of all proposed resolutions during their Annual General Meeting on May 31, 2024, including the appointment of Mr. Lo as an independent non-executive director following Mr. Tang’s retirement. Additionally, a new share option scheme was introduced, replacing the previous one. Shareholders unanimously passed resolutions including the re-election of directors and the adoption of financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023.
