The shareholders’ meeting of EEMS Italia S.p.A. approved the Board of Directors’ proposals to assign the legal audit to Audirevi S.p.A. for the years 2025-2033, following the resignation of the previous auditor, RSM. Additionally, the company will change its name to Ops Italia S.p.A. to better align with its 2025–2028 Industrial Plan and development strategy. This reflects a strategic shift in the company’s market positioning. The meeting also addressed the reappointment of an independent director, Marco Gnecchi, who was co-opted following a recent resignation.
