Edvantage Group Holdings Limited has renewed a series of connected transactions through the 2024 Agreements following the expiration of the 2021 Agreements. The renewed agreements involve leases and service frameworks with connected persons and entities that are considered fair and reasonable under commercial terms. These transactions are subject to reporting and annual review but exempt from shareholder approval, as they fall below the 5% threshold set by Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.
