EDU Holdings Limited announced a significant change in the indirect interests of its director, Mr. Gary Zalman Burg. The company reported that Mr. Burg disposed of 9,609,720 fully paid ordinary shares, reducing his indirect interest to 3,585,292 shares. This change was due to a transfer of shares held by Global UCW No 2 Pty Ltd, the trustee of the Global UCW Unit Trust, to Clive Baskin. The announcement corrects previous reports which inaccurately noted Mr. Burg’s indirect interest in all shares held by Global UCW Pty Ltd.
