eDreams ODIGEO Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

EDreams ODIGEO (ES:EDR) has released an update.

eDreams ODIGEO’s Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting approved all proposed resolutions for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, including the annual accounts, management reports, and appointment of Ernst & Young as auditors. The meeting also re-elected several directors for a three-year term and approved director remuneration policies and share allocations for long-term incentive plans.
