eDreams ODIGEO Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

EDreams ODIGEO (ES:EDR) has released an update.

eDreams ODIGEO, S.A. announced the successful approval of all proposed resolutions at their Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, including the annual accounts, management reports, and non-financial information for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. The meeting also saw the re-election and appointment of several directors, the approval of the Directors’ Remuneration Policy, and the authorization for the Board to acquire and dispose of its own shares.
