EDM Resources Inc. has raised their non-brokered private placement to C$1.5 million due to high investor demand, offering over 13 million units at C$0.11 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds will support environmental work at Scotia Mine and general corporate purposes, with the offering closing in two tranches by the end of October 2024.
