Edition Ltd. has finalized a deal to convert its subsidiary MEOD Pte Ltd’s convertible loan into preference shares in Wholly Greens Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based fresh salad supplier. This agreement concludes MEOD’s initial strategic partnership and loan arrangement with Wholly Greens, while simultaneously commencing a new shareholders’ agreement. MEOD will hold an approximate 18% stake in Wholly Greens following the conversion, with a minor potential dilution expected.
