Edition Limited has announced key changes to its leadership structure, including the appointment of Ms. Tan Yiting Gina as an Independent and Non-Executive Director and the new Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Mr. Hor Siew Fu has been elevated to the position of Independent and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, while also continuing to lead the Audit and Nominating Committees.
