Edgewater Wireless Systems is expanding its private placement financing from $1.1 million to $1.95 million, offering up to 39 million units at $0.05 each. Specializing in Spectrum Slicing technology, Edgewater aims to enhance Wi-Fi performance significantly, as shown in recent tests with a major service provider.
