Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. has announced a private placement offering to raise $1.1 million through the issuance of 22 million units. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant to purchase an additional share, aiming to support product commercialization and general working capital. The offering is also available to existing shareholders under specific conditions.
