Edge Total Intelligence Inc. has updated stakeholders on the status of their management cease trade order (MCTO), which restricts trading by their CEO and CFO until overdue annual filings are completed, expected by June 28, 2024. The MCTO, resulting from a voluntary application for additional time to file annual reports, does not affect other shareholders’ ability to trade. The company reassures there have been no other material changes or defaults since the initial announcement and commits to bi-weekly status updates.
