Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (Edenor), a leading electricity distribution company in Argentina, reported its financial statements for the six-month period ending June 30, 2024. The company, which is regulated by a concession agreement, detailed its capital structure in its latest SEC filing, disclosing a total of 906,455,100 shares distributed across three classes. Edenor is controlled by its parent company, Empresa de Energía del Cono Sur S.A., which holds a 51% stake.
