Eden Research plc has announced the grant of substantial options to its CEO Sean Smith and CFO Alex Abrey under the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan, with a premium of 48% above the current share price. These options, totaling over 11.9 million new Ordinary Shares, are set to vest progressively over the next three years and will expire in June 2028. The move is aimed at ensuring the executives’ long-term commitment to the company, which specializes in sustainable biopesticides and plastic-free formulation technology.
