Eden Innovations Ltd announces a non-renounceable rights issue to raise up to approximately $3.678 million before expenses by offering new shares and options to qualifying shareholders. Shareholders will be able to purchase one new share for every two they own at $0.002 each, and receive a free option for each new share purchased, exercisable until September 2026. The offer, which is not underwritten and is deemed speculative, aims to enhance the company’s financial position and is available to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand.
