Eden Innovations Ltd has announced a rights issue aiming to raise approximately $3.678 million by offering new shares to existing shareholders, with one new share for every two held, at $0.002 each, and accompanying options. The funds will be primarily used for debt retirement, covering the issue costs, and working capital. Copeak Pty Ltd is managing the offer, which is only open to shareholders in Australia or New Zealand, with a detailed timetable leading up to the closing date on 19 July 2024.
