EDAP TMS SA, a leader in robotic energy-based therapies, has welcomed seasoned healthcare executive Fran Schulz to its Board of Directors, bringing extensive experience in strategic finance and a deep understanding of regulatory issues. Schulz’s expertise is expected to guide EDAP in expanding their Focal One platform for prostate cancer treatment and exploring new applications for its robotic HIFU technology. Her distinguished career includes over 35 years at EY, involvement in numerous corporate deals, and significant knowledge of SEC and International Financial Reporting Standards.
