Schulz’s expertise is expected to guide EDAP in expanding their Focal One platform for prostate cancer treatment and exploring new applications for its robotic HIFU technology. Her distinguished career includes over 35 years at EY, involvement in numerous corporate deals, and significant knowledge of SEC and International Financial Reporting Standards.
