Environmental Clean Technologies Limited and ESG Agriculture Pty Ltd have cemented their collaboration by signing a binding Heads of Agreement for the development and offtake of innovative soil health products. This agreement progresses their joint venture following successful initial tests and sets the stage for larger field trials aimed at producing cost-effective, lignite-based nitrogen fertilisers that enhance soil carbon levels and meet net-zero targets. The venture looks to not only offer sustainable fertilizer alternatives but also to increase shareholder value and establish ECT’s position in sustainable agricultural technologies.
