ECR Minerals PLC, the gold exploration and development company, has announced that their issued share capital stands at 1,871,510,911 ordinary shares with corresponding voting rights, none of which are held in treasury. The company’s Australian subsidiary has 100% ownership of several gold projects in Victoria and Queensland, with further potential revenue from royalties and future resource estimations. ECR also benefits from approximately A$75 million in unutilised tax losses from previous operations.
